White soft TACO Shells with Mexican Rice - Low FODMAP

 

Our Mayonnaise and Jalapeno Salsa in this easy, light meal takes the flavour to new heights. It’s a quick easy meal and a perfect way to use your leftovers.

 

Ingredients

  • Left over Tex Mex Rice
    • (recipe under TACO Seasoning Recipes)
  • Jar NOGO Jalapeno Salsa (hot or mild)
  • Jar NOGO Chili & Lime Mayonnaise
  • White Corn soft shell Tortilla’s
  • Cheese (optional) - grated
  • Avocado (optional) – sliced
  • Ice-burg Lettuce (optional) - shredded

 

To serve

  • Cook Tortillas as per pack instructions
  • Warm the Tex Mex Rice
  • Spread a layer of Salsa and Chili & Lime Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 spoonfuls of Rice Mix
  • Sprinkle with Cheese
  • Fold in half!

 

Tip

Place all ingredients on the table and let everyone make their own!
