This coleslaw makes a delightful side dish for any meal.
- NOGO Classic Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Rice Wine Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Black Sesame seeds (for extra flavour and texture)
- Cabbage – ¼ to half a cabbage
- Carrots – 2 large, grated carrots
- Radish – finely sliced
- In a bowl mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, and radish
- Pour on the Japanese dressing
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
Make in advance, leave the dressing off until you are ready to eat!
