Terms and Conditions of NOGO's Shipping Protection:

1. Shipping Protection: This refers to an optional service offered to customers during the checkout process, providing an added layer of protection for their orders against potential damage or loss during transit.

2. Coverage Period: The specified timeframe during which the shipping protection coverage is valid. This period begins from the moment the package is dispatched and ends when it is delivered to the customer's designated address.

3. Coverage Limit: The shipping protection will cover the order up to a maximum value, which is equal to and not greater than the total value of the order (excluding postage), providing compensation for losses or damages within that limit.

4. Exclusions: Certain conditions or scenarios that are not covered under the shipping protection service. This may include but is not limited to damages caused by improper handling, package refusal, incorrect address supplied or incidents occurring after the delivery has been successfully made.

5. Claims Process: For any inquiries or assistance regarding your Shipping Protection, please contact our customer service area at orders@nogosauces.com.au. We are here to help you promptly, please make sure to have your order number and any other details we may need, ready when reaching out to us.

6. Refund or Replacement: If an order is damaged or unsatisfactory we will provide a replacement product as a first option. The only scenarios where we might not be able to offer a replacement are if the product is currently out of stock or if it has been discontinued.  We will do our best to replace the product for you.

7. Opting Out: Customers should be informed that shipping protection is optional. They have the choice to decline this service if they prefer not to have the additional coverage.

8. Disclaimers: Our shipping protection aims to minimise risks to your order, there might be circumstances beyond the company's control that could affect delivery times or the condition of packages.
