Japanese Ginger Slaw - Low FODMAP, vegan, dairy free, gluten free

 

This refreshing slaw can be served as a side dish or a light meal.

Ingredients:

Zingy Ginger Sauce – to taste

Bok Choy (also known as napa cabbage) x 2

½ cup finely chopped green spring onions

Carrots x 2 (grated)

Red Capsicum x 1 (sliced and halved)

Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

 

Instructions:

Toss shredded Napa cabbage, carrots, and capsicum with your zingy ginger sauce

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green spring onions for added flavour and crunch
