Gluten Free Pasta Bake

  • 1 packet of Gluten Free Pasta (350g)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 tsp low fodmap onion replacer (or 1 onion, diced)
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1/2 tsp low fodmap garlic replacer (or 1 clove garlic)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 x 375g jar NOGO Sweet Basil & White Wine Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a large pot, cook the pasta following the packet instructions and set aside
  3. On medium heat, add 1tbsp olive oil in a large pan 
  4. Add the onion (if using onion and garlic powder, add at step 6), carrot and garlic and cook for 8-10 minutes until soft
  5. Add beef mince and cook until brown
  6. Add the tomato paste (low fodmap garlic and onion replacer) and pasta sauce and cook for 5-8 minutes
  7. Stir through the parsley, saving 1 tbsp 
  8. Stir through the pasta and pour the mixture into a baking dish
  9. Place cheese and parsley on top and bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is melted
