Gluten Free Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Gluten Free Pasta (350g)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 500g beef mince
- 1 tsp low fodmap onion replacer (or 1 onion, diced)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 tsp low fodmap garlic replacer (or 1 clove garlic)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 x 375g jar NOGO Sweet Basil & White Wine Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- In a large pot, cook the pasta following the packet instructions and set aside
- On medium heat, add 1tbsp olive oil in a large pan
- Add the onion (if using onion and garlic powder, add at step 6), carrot and garlic and cook for 8-10 minutes until soft
- Add beef mince and cook until brown
- Add the tomato paste (low fodmap garlic and onion replacer) and pasta sauce and cook for 5-8 minutes
- Stir through the parsley, saving 1 tbsp
- Stir through the pasta and pour the mixture into a baking dish
- Place cheese and parsley on top and bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is melted
