Turkey, Brie and Sweet Capsicum Relish Sandwich

People should eat more turkey, it’s a lean meat and perfect all year around, not just the festive season!  Plus, it's delicious.


  • 2 slices Sourdough bread (or GF bread)
  • 2-3 slices of turkey
  • NOGO Cranberry Jam
  • Brie Cheese (40g per serve)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To serve

Watercress or Cos lettuce


  1. Place a single slice of sourdough on a chopping board
  2. Layer 2-3 slices of turkey slices and sliced Bree cheese on top
  3. Top with Cranberry Jam
  4. Place 2nd piece of bread on top to make a sandwich
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Serve
