Sweet Potato Fries with Tomato Sauce

Gluten Free, Low FODMAP, Vegan, Dairy Free


  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stalk fresh rosemary, finely chopped 

To Serve:


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan forced)
  • Slice the sweet potato into match sticks, roughly 2cm wide and 8cm long
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato in olive oil and rosemary
  • Spread the sweet potato onto a baking tray. Make sure no chips overlap
  • Bake until brown and crispy. Roughly about 30-45 minutes depending on how crispy you prefer
  • Sprinkle salt over chips.
  • Serve hot with a side of NOGO Tomato Sauce or our Spicy Tomato Sauce
