Sweet Potato Fries with Tomato Sauce

Gluten Free, Low FODMAP, Vegan, Dairy Free
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stalk fresh rosemary, finely chopped
To Serve:
- Salt
- NOGO Tomato Sauce or Spicy Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan forced)
- Slice the sweet potato into match sticks, roughly 2cm wide and 8cm long
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato in olive oil and rosemary
- Spread the sweet potato onto a baking tray. Make sure no chips overlap
- Bake until brown and crispy. Roughly about 30-45 minutes depending on how crispy you prefer
- Sprinkle salt over chips.
- Serve hot with a side of NOGO Tomato Sauce or our Spicy Tomato Sauce
