Sushi Salad Bowl

Sushi Salad Bowl - Low FODMAP - Vegan, dairy free

 

 

This delicious dish is like making a healthy sushi without the fuss of rolling!  Have fun and mix the ingredients up, no two need to be the same!

Ingredients:

  • Classic Mayonnaise
  • Zingy Ginger Sauce
  • Sushi Rice
  • Peeled and sliced cucumber x 1
  • Sliced avocado
  • Red Capsicum
  • Edamame 
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Marinated and cooked chicken, seafood (tuna, salmon), prawns, beef or tofu (marinated in our Sweet Chilli Sauce or Zingy Ginger Sauce for at least an hour before cooking, perfect to marinate the day before)
  • Sesame seeds for serving 

Instructions:

  • In a bowl:
    • layer sushi rice with thinly sliced cucumber, sliced avocado and cooked/marinated protein
    • Mix Zingy Ginger Sauce or Sweet Chilli Sauce with mayonnaise (1/2 and ½)
    • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
    • Serve
