Smoked Salmon Bagel with Philly and Sweet Capsicum Relish

There is something so delicious about a savoury bagel and this is our all time favourite @ NOGO. Stacked with Low FODMAP, GF (optional), Vegan/Vegetarian (optional), Dairy Free Ingredients]
- Bagel (cut in half)
- Watercress
- Smoked Salmon 500 g
- 6 tblsp Cream Cheese
- Green Spring onion (2 stalks, finely chopped)
- Rind of one lemon
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 3 tblsp NOGO Sweet Capsicum Relish
- Caper berries (or standard capers) – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges x 1 each sandwich
- Watercress
- In a bowl, cream cheese, green spring onion, lemon rind, lemon juice, Sweet Capsicum Relish, caperberries, salt and pepper
- Place bagel on chopping board
- Spread the mixture onto the top side of bottom side of the bagel (should make 4 bagels)
- Place smoked salmon on top of the mixture
- Place watercress on top of the salmon
- Place the top piece of the bagel on top of the mixture
- Transfer to a fresh place
