Slow cooked shredded chicken and Cranberry Jam Mayo on Sourdough Toast, served with Cheese and Salad


Serves 2 



  • Slow cooked shredded chicken
  • Soft cheese
  • Watercress or other preferred greens, such as spinach or rocket
  • 1 slice sourdough or gluten free bread 

Cranberry Mayo:

To serve:

  • Soft cheese
  • Preferred greens, such as rocket, spinach, watercress


Prepare the Cranberry Jam Mayo:

  • Spoon into a small bowl 2 tblsp NOGO Cranberry Jam, 1 tblsp Mayo and 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Mix with a spoon until smooth
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Set aside

Prepare the toast:

  • Toast sourdough and place on a serving plate
  • Generously spread toast with Cranberry Jam Mayo
  • Layer slow cooked shredded chicken on top of the Mayo

Serve with preferred soft cheese and greens, such as watercress, spinach or rocket on the side.
