Sausage Rolls with Tomato Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients. If mixture is too dry, pour some of the beaten egg into the mixture 
  3. Cut puff pastry sheets in half
  4. Spoon mixture onto one end of the pastry sheet
  5. Roll the pastry into a log shape
  6. Cut into desired lengths (we cut each log into 5 sausage rolls)
  7. Brush with egg wash mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  8. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden
