Pork Crackling, Philadelphia Creamed Cheese and NOGO Cranberry Jam

Serves 2


  • Pork crackling
  • Ham or roast pork
  • Philadelphia creamed cheese
  • Watercress or other preferred greens, such as spinach or rocket
  • 2 tblsp NOGO Cranberry Jam
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 slice sourdough or gluten free bread 


  1. Toast sourdough and place on a serving plate
  2. Generously spread Philadelphia creamed cheese on toast
  3. Layer the pork and  crackling onto the creamed cheese
  4. Scoop Cranberry Jam onto the pork crackling
  5. Garnish with preferred greens - watercress, spinach or rocket
  6. Add cracked pepper and sea salt to taste
  7. Serve
