Home Made Pizza with cheese
Recipe by Cara, Cara's Crazy Creations
Ingredients:
- Wholemeal pita bread (or gluten free pizza base or bread if you prefer)
- NOGO Sweet Basil & White Wine Pasta Sauce, or any other NOGO Pasta Sauce
- Your favourite veggies or favourite toppings - we used capsicum, spinach, mushroom, olives
- cheddar cheese
Method:
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Add your pita bread to the lined tray
- Add a few tablespoons of of NOGO Basil Pasta Sauce to the base and spread it out evenly
- Assemble the veggies on top of the pizza
- Top with your cheese
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until crispy golden brown
