Sourdough toast with leftover turkey and NOGO Cranberry Jam

Ingredients
- Leftover cooked turkey (or chicken)
- Watercress or rocket
- 2 tblsp NOGO Cranberry Jam
- Butter (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 slice sourdough or gluten free bread
Method
- Toast sourdough and place on a serving plate
- Layer 2 slices of cooked turkey
- Spread toast with butter (optional)
- Scoop Cranberry Jam onto the turkey
- Garnish with watercress or rocket
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
- Serve
