Sourdough toast with leftover turkey and NOGO Cranberry Jam

Serves 2


  • Leftover cooked turkey (or chicken)
  • Watercress or rocket
  • 2 tblsp NOGO Cranberry Jam
  • Butter (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 slice sourdough or gluten free bread


  1. Toast sourdough and place on a serving plate
  2. Layer 2 slices of cooked turkey
  3. Spread toast with butter (optional)
  4. Scoop Cranberry Jam onto the turkey
  5. Garnish with watercress or rocket
  6. Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
  7. Serve
