Breakfast bowl made with lots of in-season, big & juicy cherries, paired with yoghurt, low-fodmap NOGO Cranberry Jam and gingerbread-flavoured nut spread, topped off with some crunchy nuts for a boost of healthy fats!
Ingredients
- 1 cup yoghurt, lactose free optional
- Handful of cherries or your preferred fruit
- 2 tbsp NOGO Cranberry Jam
- 1 heaped tbsp Nuts
- Toppings: Nutty Protein Trail Mix
Method
- Grab your favourite breakfast bowl
- Layer all ingredients to the amounts you require for your breakfast
- Top with preferred fruit and nuts
