Caesar Salad with NOGO dressing

Caesar Salad

I love a Caesar salad and this is a firm Low FODMAP favourite in our house.  So let's have some fun in the kitchen with Meg's adaption of a classic lunch (or dinner) favourite and make a Low FODMAP Caesar Salad.  Healthy, filling and delicious.

Dressing:

  • Mix 1/4 cup of NOGO Classic Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp cocominos (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Anchovy fillet (crushed)
Salad:
  • Chopped romaine lettuce
  • garlicky oven toasted croutons 
    • (make using low fodmap Garlic oil and your choice of sourdough)
  • grilled chicken (optional)
  • Crispby Bacon pieces (optional)
  • Soft boiled egg (optional)
  • Grated parmesan (1 tablespoon
  • Anchovies or white anchovies (otpional)
